Acceptance of Rules and Data Protection
Participation in the VIII MOUILLETTE D’ARGENT AWARDS implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules, as well as acceptance of the criteria established by the ORGANIZATION OF THE MOUILLETTE D’ARGENT AWARDS for resolving any issues arising therefrom, including the resolution of any disputes and interpretation of the rules.

MOUILLETTE D’ARGENT reserves the right to reject the participation of any participant who does not meet the requirements described in these rules and terms of participation.

MOUILLETTE D’ARGENT reserves the right to modify the conditions established in these Rules at any time, including the potential cancellation of the event prior to its scheduled date, provided there is a justified reason. In such cases, MOUILLETTE D’ARGENT commits to communicating the updated rules, conditions, or, if applicable, the final cancellation, in the same manner as these Rules were published.

MOUILLETTE D’ARGENT disclaims any responsibility for damages of any kind that may result from the lack of truthfulness, validity, completeness, and/or authenticity of the information provided by the participants.

Participants automatically consent to MOUILLETTE D’ARGENT using their corporate image and name in any type of publication, promotion, advertisement, or any other form of dissemination, of any nature, for informational or promotional purposes, provided it relates to the VIII MOUILLETTE D’ARGENT AWARDS.

Processing of Personal Data for Participation in the Awards
The personal data provided for participation in the Awards will be processed exclusively to ensure the proper management of the event.

Use of Images During the Awards Ceremony
During the awards ceremony, general or specific images of attendees may be captured for dissemination through various media and social networks.
By confirming their attendance, attendees grant MOUILLETTE D’ARGENT free authorization to use any images (photographs and/or videos) taken during the event. These images may be used for dissemination through publications, the website, media, social networks, etc., to promote MOUILLETTE D’ARGENT’s activities and events. This processing may involve an international transfer of data due to the nature of social networks.

The images will be retained indefinitely unless the individual revokes their consent.
